Magic In Your Hands☃️

Dear Families,

The holidays are just around the corner — the coziest and busiest season of all.
Preparing a warm holiday takes love… and lots of energy. On top of our regular days of school drop-offs, cooking, groceries, work, vacuuming, potty accidents (yes, those too!), everything can start to pile up.
December can feel magical and a little chaotic — no wonder heart and panic attacks increase during this month.

So this year, I’m offering something gentle:
a December Workshop designed to pause.
A pause for children.
A pause for parents.
A moment to breathe again.

For Children:
We’ll explore what “stress” means in their own words and learn simple calming tools.
They’ll also create their very own Snow Globe — a sweet emotional-regulation tool they can use anytime they need to settle their feelings.

For Parents:
Enjoy a free drink at Komorebi Café while your child creates.
Use this time to truly pause — draw, read, sip slowly, look around, listen to a podcast, or just breathe and enjoy a moment you rarely get on busy days.
A tiny gift of time, from you to you.

I hope you and your little ones are doing well.

I wanted to personally share an update with you.

After many wonderful years together, COZY HOUSE Family Daycare closed its doors in March 2025.

It was a heartfelt decision — this daycare has been such a special place filled with laughter, learning, and beautiful memories with children.

Although the daycare chapter has ended, COZY HOUSE is continuing in a new way!

I’ve begun a new journey as a Parent Coach, supporting families through the ups and downs of parenting — from toddler behavior and potty training to emotional development and everyday routines.

2 spots open for 4 years old and older

Dear families,

I would like to announce that I will have 2 spots open for 4 years old and older from September 2024.

Though I will have after school spots, but I don’t have anyone to drive/walk to pick up children, so this may work only if you have an arrangement to pick up your child from school and drop off at daycare.

The hour of operation is;

Full day (up to preschool age): 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (We have naptime for all ages)

After School 2:30pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday (school day only)

Before school 7:30am to 8 am (Drop off available at Bellevue Creek, school day only)

Preschool-age children will learn how to read/write their names before going to Kindergarten, routine and lots of practical life work with multiage children.

Our licence is the Family Dayare License.

Morning/Afternoon snack is provided for full day program.
